Zimbabwe inorder to get more quality in cricket should play more cricket. They should see that they are playing cricket with Kenya and Bangladesh once in 2 years atleast inorder to get more quality. England started to win games after their defeat with 5 one day games against Zimbabwe in Zibabwe. Like wise Zimbabwe if have 3 one day games against the countries like Kenya or Bangladesh before a major tournament will boost up their confidence and the player will be in good touch. As the players get in good touch with countries like Bangladesh and Kenya they will have good self confidence as their performance improves. This may help them to play a good quality cricket against stronger sides. This also helps Kenya and Bangladesh as they will be able to get some cricket during the current year. Zimbabwe should also start to increase the quality of domestic cricket. Zimbabwe should start a cricket academy and ask the expert players to be the guest coaches and should concentrate to increase the quality of the game
