Who was the top scorer for Indian in 2002 - Sachin..

Who top scored in the world cup - Sachin...

Man of world cup held in 2003 - Sachin...

Top scorer in tri series held in India between Aus / NZ and India - Sachin...

Despite above, my own feeling is that Sachin is not being able to perform as well as he can in test cricket because he wants to bat in a manner different to his natural instincts and hence he is geting caught in his mind with contracdictory thoughts ...

If he gets out of this, he will be a stronger person, India will become a stronger team and he will be back where he belongs - World's number 1

Dean Jones' advice 2 Sachin Tendulkar
by Rohan on Dec 30, 2003 03:00 PM

Dean Jones is spot on!there's a lot of pressure put on Sachin everytime he goes in 2 bat,the ppl and media must understand that he is not a machine but human.
Ofcourse he is going through a lean patch but he needs just 1 innings 2 pass through it.im sure he will perform well in the 4th and final test against the aussies.Good luck dear "TON"dulkar.... shut the mouth of the ppl who r teasing ur current form....

Dead Right,Mr Jones

It is the media and some perverted journalists who want cheap, dirty publicity who are the trouble makers and shouting everywhere that sachin is finished! Sachin was given out wrongly by Bucknor and Billy twice in 2 tests though if it were australian batsmen in both circumstances they would have got the benefit of doubt! But this benefit seems to be reserved now only for the kangaroos! Otherwise, Hayden, Ponting and Waugh would have been out long ago in Melbourne Test and india would have even had a first innings lead! The sad truth in this affair is that even Indian umpires overdo it and give Indian batsmen out without giving the slighetst benefit of doubt, as was seen in the recent New Zealand series and the victim was none other than Sachin!!This they are doing to prove that they are not at all biased towards their fellow countrymen! It is possible that the Indian umpires who do these acts have an eye on some overseas assignments as well. Sachin should do,it seems, some pujas or yagya to exorcise the ghosts all around him.KISS is a good technique of course as Jones says, hope he does not have to "kiss" the umpires before coming to the ground, to get their good will!

I fully agree with Jhone's openion. He will surely overcome the lean patch now experiencing .There is no wonder if he proves His potential instantly on hand.He has already proved to the world about His capabilities and also recognised by ALL TIME GREAT Sir Sri BRADMAN.
