Hi, This guy is amongst the worst out there. He can be fined to penury if the referee keeps a close watch. ICC must maintain a black list of such ppl, get the football card system here, and tag such charactrs with personal mikes when they go out to play. Make sure that they r the marked one. It would be fun if the referees were to be given a %of such fine amounts. Will that help?
