I am completely in favour of incorporating latest technologies as far as umpiring decision pertaining mainly to LBW is concerned. When the Third Umpire can be approached for run-outs, stumpings, suspicious catches etc. why not add LBW to that list? I do agree that it will slow down the game but when the Third Umpire can being referred to judge so many decisions (which slows down the game), will the time delay be substantial if the Third Umpire is asked to arbitrate LBW appeals? I don't think so! Atleast it will ensure that the game is played fairly & squarely without any bias or prejudice towards either of the teams playing!
Not only this, just one wrong decision can completely alter the course & the outcome of a game. I would not exactly blame any umpire for wrong decisions as just like us, they are mortal human beings & to err is human but if such decisions come from an umpire like Steve Bucknor, whose has tons of experience under his belt (after all, he has adjudged more than 80 Tests!) then it becomes unpardonable!
I hope ICC chalks out some concrete solutions to put an end to this menace. Why not use modern electronic & reliable innovations when they are accessible?
friends i can understand the obvious grieveness towards mr. Steve Bucknor over our and only our Sachin. But is it fair to blame a person of steves experience for one mistake however grave it may be.
There were stalwarts saying that umpires give wrong decisions to have media publicity, well for me thats crap.

Dear friend, We Indians are not just worried about the decision given against Sachin but also worried about the "THREE LBW APPEALS" went against our bowlers. If an umpire makes Four errors against visiting team, he is unfit to be a "nutral" humpire.
