Our National Selectors have been unfair to few brilliant cricketeers from Tamil Nadu. I can't imagine how the selectors can ignore the likes of D.Vasu, S.Sharath for years. And please don't forget how Robin Singh was ignored. Finally he got a place in the line up due to our disgraced former captain Azhar.
But above all a guy who is averaging mid 40's as a opener for the Indian team has been continously ignored and guess who this guy is his name is S.Ramesh. Why John Wright and Sourav Ganguly are doing this? God Knows. Prem and Faisal, do you know the reasons why this is happening? Are North Indians generally preferred over South Indians? This is all due to Zonal system in our selection policy. Oh yeah, i forgot one name in that list what about Hemang Badani. This guy is a brilliant fielder and a steady batsman. And he can bowl a bit as well.
I am sure that all these cricketers will prove their worth if given a chance. But I am sure Indian Selectors will continue to ignore them.
