Jadeja can defenitely be considered for the national side... He is any day better than a Dinesh Mongia in the side...

What a shame?to compare Dinesh Mongia with Jadeja.

you might of heard of MSK Prasad, who came for a series or so and went(sent) back. I think you remember the way he used to bat.
I think he is better than Dinesh Mongia

Jadeja - Back to reckoning
by Terrence L Nazareth on Apr 24, 2003 03:00 PM

It is really welcome decision on come back of Jadeja in cricket. I would personally welcome him back to the Indian Squad. He is cricketer par excellence. His performance is there for every one to see. I would feel he should be made Captain of the Indian Team.

Verdict

I welcome the Hon'ble court's verdict on Jadeja's favour. Looking to his contribution to Indian Cricket in the recent past, this judgment will be a turning point.

cricket needs him
by RAVI on Apr 24, 2003 02:38 PM

Jadeja has always been a match winner, some one in the mould of Bevan & i think if cricket comes first for all concerned (BCCI & Indian team management)then Jadeja deserves a place back & be in the reckoning of indian cricket team.

Lets face it he has a shrewd cricketing mind & he is thinking cricketer & easy going guy.

lets forgive him if he was wrong in any minor way
India needs a match winner...& there is still a lot of cricket in him that can serve India.

Sachin, Ganguly & other senior cricketers will need to lend their support to his cause at this juncture.

Lets all hope BCCI, takes a easy stand on his case.

bottom line: Mr Dalmiya do all you can to let Jadeja play cricket again.
