Saurav

I think he is the best captain ever, felt the pain for him and his team but sometimes the best don't always get what they deserve. People are too harsh on him, there was nothing wrong in leaving early but there is something wrong in people calling for his head everytime something goes wrong. Just a special congrats to Saurav and his boys, ur'll left a mark on our hearts and we support you always.

Regionalistic motives
by Gautom Dey on Apr 11, 2003 07:11 PM

It looks like people will have to boycott Rediff.com. I have complained, on various occasions before, about your propensity to write against Ganguly. It looks like the rediff editorial has some ulterior regionalistic motives...or it is headed by some people with parochial feelings....going absolutely against the one-India stand. At this rate, we the readers may be forced into organizing a total boycott of the rediff.com site. After all, there are a lot of other sites like khel.com 123india.com cricinfo.com bbc.com where we can get the daily cricket news

Hopeless for Ganguly
by Sunil on Apr 11, 2003 11:35 PM
Its OK if it would have been its your party. I would like to say if any gentalman is invited to party and he has to leave for some reason what he should do?
He should go to the host, let him know his concern and take a excuss. And dont u do so if the host is President, the above Antiquates becomes more than necessary. But the question is why Ganguly should do that because some fooles call his 'Prince of Kolkatta' ..Dr. Kalam is President of INDIA and not KOLKATTA...and eventhough Dr. Kalam would have been president of KOLKATTA who cares Ganguly is Prince he can do whatever he wants.
GROW UP INDIANS. PUT DICIPLINE IN YOUR LIFE.

Very Cheap Reporting -
by Kashyap Sompura on Apr 10, 2003 02:04 PM

I regularly visit rediff.com but this kind of reporting is really deplorable. I am really amazed to know that rediff feels that Ganguly left because he wanted to snub the president. Leaving a party early after doing all the necessary things because of some reason is not material for headline news unless u feel that it was deliberately done to snub the president.
