He's already cribbing, so if he loses, it is clear that he needs more experience and if he wins, takes credit for it. He was a big failure with the bat. Dalmia should be impeached from the board and a new elected president should take over. He is bringing some one close to him.

I think ganguly is doin a good job on a whole as a captain, he has his weakness in his batting which i think bowlers round the world have sorted out, but he has to wrk on it now
Ashok Malhotra may have been a good player. I remember years ago he was selected in the Indian middle order to replace Sandeep Patil. Patil was trying to make a come abck after a short absence and had scored a double century in Irani Trophy, I think. Sandeep Patil should have been considered for the job again until Wright comes back. Malhotra gets in again.
India really should have a specialist bowling coach and and a batting coach. Perhaps Gavaskar and Kapil should be chosen.
