Information provided by the write is pretty good. But it is true the sudden change in format arose the question in everybody's mind what the Plate vs Elite is? Who is suppose to play in plate A,B,C or Elite A,b respectively. Most of the readers are not as smart as "Indy Singh" so if write of the artical could provide the link about the information of Plate/Elite would be greatly appreciated by readers.

Its not non-sense, you dont know enough about Indian cricket. Go and find out what the different teams are. Dont blame the statistician for your lack of knowledge. The various Elite and Plate teams were declared a long time back. In fact you probably dont even know that the format of Duleep Trophy has been changed, and this is the first year this format is being used. My point being, be modest if you dont know something. Dont blame other people for your lack of knowledge.
