I think Indian olympic association and SAI is not ready to compete in international arena. If you really want to be successful You must have a professional structure for training with proper security arrangement. If conspiracy theory to be believed then there is a big question mark on Professionalism. India has 110 crores of population and if nurtured properly, 20% of Medals can be won, may not be the Gold but atleast Silver and bronze. Best of luck for next Olympic.
