Sindhu achievement is big
by bhaskar on Oct 18, 2015 01:22 PM

Let us hope she clears winning super series event hurdle aswell.
Saina and Sindhu are super powers for badminton world. They clearly have marked their stamp in badminton world.
I believe men are also trying to show their prowess but let us hope in coming years India can have a golden chapter in Badminton for men aswell.

Tremendous win. Marin was simply unbeatable since she won the All England.

Best wishes for the final. You can do it!

Win or lose, they represent India (out of 125 million), and they do lot of hard work, and they need all the support. Sandhu is good player, and has time in her favour to achieve more honours.. at International level. Congrats to her.

Sindhu plus Gopichand vs. Saina plus Vimal
by Bharat Kumar on Oct 17, 2015 11:07 PM  | Hide replies

there is little doubt that Sindhu's technical coaching with Gopichand made the difference. Saina is on her own technically with Vimal as the strategy coach. But even the best of the technical abilities would need the support

It is not one vs other. Both are representing India and I would be happy if any one wins.

I think it was simply not possible for Gopi to devote maximum attention to both. Saina took the right decision to join with Vimal. It has made a big difference to her game, particularly the mental aspect.

You made us proud. You beat the All England champion in such a closely fought match. But, please give a determined game and beat the Chinese in the Summit clash. You know it very well, once you beat her and become champion, you are in for many many many and there would be no stopping of you. Many more memorable wins and trophy will follow.

Well done. Especially beating Marin who looked to be out of reach for both Saina and Sindhu in recent times. Sanjeev Bhatia

Making a mark!

Well done, Sindhu, there have been many sports-persons who were destined to live in the shadow of their more illustrious contemporaries. Following Saina, you have carved out a niche for yourself. This achievement should act as a motivation for more laurels!
