USADA report proves Armstrong used drugs

There is a Human in every Cheater...Hope guys realize what he has done for Cancer...There is a good side in this bad guy so don't give him a "bad guy" tag just for nuts...Fine he has funded for Cancer and has done some charitable work....

Unless the reporter has read the USADA report, he cannot write that it proves anything. The correct headline should have been 'USADA says its report proves Armstrong took drugs.'

Also, USADA cannot ban anyone for a day, much less for life as it is just a testing agency and not a governing body of the sport. Only the UCI can ban Armstrong and strip him of his titles.
