Please don't give false information. The region has never been neglected, in fact both Mangalore and Udupi feature in the top 3 when it comes to per capita income in the state. Also I don't think there is anyone who is demanding for a separate state.

With such demands I think we are slowly moving to having 60-100 states. Every division in a state wants to be separated. Telangana, Tulunadu, Vidarbha, Marathwada, etc.
I am totally touched and i had tears in my eyes afer reading this article. Being a Mangalorean myself and shortcoming that every sportsman has to face in mangalore (except Cricket), through your great efforts i want to request the sports authority in mangalore to give more encouragement and also have more track & field event in district level so that we more ashwin and mikha singh can be born. Well Ash we are proud of you. Vijay Puthran
I am proud of the team which won the Gold Medal to India . I am very lucky that i watched that live sitting in Australia. The comments from the host never given any chance of india getting any medal before the start of the race. He was mentioned England and Australia . But finally he had to say India , India , India ... awesome.... I think you guys should try for a gold in olympics even if we get a brownze we will take that as a GOLD. All the very best for the future...
Ashwini you are the real star, we are so proud of you and your achievement. We want you to achieve new heights and achieve every possible records in the Track & field sports and bring laurels to India.

Mallyaji is very much interested in printing calenders of naked women and exploiting them. He has no interest in sport and supporting the sporting challenges. He is for easy money.

Don't be cheap by writing such comments. Appreciate her performance not colour. She is aspiring for gold medal at Olympics and also confident. Support her, encourage her instead of exposing your dirty knowledge.
