Nothing new. I'm not sure what the situation would be like, in future. Today, a person is fined for saying out loud that a weird habit is not a good thing. Women are being fined in France for covering their modesty. People are being killed and tortured for demanding accountability from politicians and their henchmen. I guess, in future, people would be fined if they live with their parents, rather than sending them to old age homes, people would be fined if they do not consume alcohol, a couple would be fined if they marry across genders, so on. After all, the West would dictate what is right and what is wrong.
