All is well but what about fixing of responcibility for loot of cruption involved in allotting contracts etc or it will be forgotten like many other scandels for which india is famouse
Tomorrow morning PM should sack the complete CWG OC which includes Coolmadi and ask CBI to carry the investigation in fast track by March 2011 all culprits should find a place in Jail
Now as CWG has come to a close and were fairly successful; we and the media should not forget to nail the culprits who swindled Rs. 80000 crore of public money

Media try to spoil CWG, if you bothered about curruption try your self do not invite Media, once they get their pie they forget about all, Many RTI activists are collecting data ,even you can participate in this movement by putting your query in shape of RTI, Media made fool of us in the name of raising voice they want free CWG telecat rights & OC refused the same then they start abusing everybody in Govt or organnising committee, hotel Industry become first victim of media bite due to media biased news number of tourist cancelled ticket /trip

This amount ( 70000 cr) is based on study by biasness magazine, which include money spent for infrastructure , metro new roads. Actual amount spend on games is less

Now that the games have been fairly successful, now you people will say forget corruption. This is pathetic.
Digressing a little from the topic, I must say that rediff has almost being like Pakistani websites in its coverage of the 'Commonwealth games'.. A website which flashes the news of Vijay Mallya changing his wrist watch or Kris Gopalkrishnan stcking to lemon rice... has not even flashed the goal medallists everyday as a act of decency. Please do not hide under Kalmadi's corruption celebrate Sushil and Saina like I celebrated PT Usha more than 2 decades back...

The BBC offered the best coverage for me... I only visited that site for updates. Rediff doesn't seem to be on the side of 'indians' when it came to CWG reporting.

Thats media terrorism in India. The channels, websites try to force people to form opinions either by highlighting some news or preventing from highlighting important news.
OC always determind about the game & outcome, but media ppl were trying hard to cancel or shift venue to other country and getting money out of It, hotel /tourism Industry paying for media deeds as they creat mess before the CWG and lot of tourist cancel tours because of media hype, today India collected respectable amount of medals, its not only players who perform on play ground state govt/federation/ sponsors also part of thses sucess

The media and the world really... but I'm glad India pulled it off! It will do much good for the country in the way of tourism :-)

I head from local travel agent men in UAE after CWG success they are getting good response for india
CWG one more biggest corruption in india. India should have utiliced same amount for providing shelter to the poor people. Now CBI should chek how many crores Khel madi has hidden below his bed............
