Disgrace to India
by siddhartha srivastava on Mar 31, 2010 10:17 AM  | Hide replies

Sania has proved to be disgrace for India. It's surprising that she could'nt find an Indian for settling down and is ready to marry a Pakistani. People like Mr. Husain and Ms. Mirza raise a doubt over the Nationality and Patroitism of these people.

Why a PAKI??
by Indiaatheart on Mar 31, 2010 10:17 AM  | Hide replies

No doubt it is her personal decision to decide life partner. But we expected a responsible decision, India gave you everything people prayed for you in India. You happen to be a celebrity, an icon, a role model you should have reflected sensible and wise attitude and you were suppose to show a character.

Selecting a life partner is a personal decision. Because she is an Indian and because she got so much from the country and etc. etc... should not be a reason that she will have to select someone from India only.

Big no, Tritankar, sania is not an ordinary citezn of India. She is a celebrity, an icon of Indian sports, youth & national pride. If she marrired any other national, nobody would have mind it. But a Pakistany, surely many indian will not support it. Today she is a sania mirza because of India, She definitely would not get same stature if she would born in Pakistan or elsewere. India grommed har, support her. All her money name fame because of India.
And She return it with marraing a person of enemy country.
No support for Sania any more. She would be bared to take part in any sports as Indian national

when some one is a role model your actions affect the masses, fame should be dealt with modesty and responsibility. We are no one to say who will bw her life partner she should've chosen it any where from world who is acceptable to his nation.

Rather suprising and shocking choice
by bushwacker on Mar 31, 2010 10:16 AM

Its very surprising that sania has chosen shoaib malik as her husband.Everyone knows that shoaib was engaged to a girl called ayesha and left her in the lurch . Also shoaib malik has been banned by PCB for 1 year for encouraging groupism within pakistan team. So its rather shocking that her parents have agreed to this proposal. But then sania is no saint either. It now appears she was already seeing shoaib when she was engaged to sohrab. SO they deserve each other. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Wish you all the happiness in the world Sania. You were never a great player. The attention you got was purely due to your looks and some initial sporting spark. Now that you it is a Pakistani who will marry you, people here are bitter.

So do not give any importance to people crying sour grapes! Keep smiling...

Sania
by Krishnan on Mar 31, 2010 10:15 AM  | Hide replies

While we comment about Sania's engagement with Shoiab Malik, we forget about two Muslim familes who have gone unnoticed but lucky. They are Shorab who was to marry Saniya and Ayesha who was married to Shoaib. They escaped from these two opportunists but paid penalty for going after celebrities.
