Sania should get married leaving all worries aside. Sh should not think about what the elders are saying, she should go as per her wish. The fact was she was 2 timing one with the school friend and one with shoaib.
She should marry on 15th ' Marry in haste and worry about the future in leisure" in pak since you will have nothing to do tthere.
After about 2~ 3 years then you will be sent back to India and again you can marry someone god willing.

It is good for India if she don't play becoz most of times she is out in first round & if by mistake she clears first round then it is sure she will be out in 2nd
