mR. mOTOR mOUth,
As much as you have a right to express your opinion, every other indians have a right to express their opinion too, including PT Usha. She has not expressed her opinion on politics, arts or any other contemporary topic, but expressed opinion with regard to the ongoing drama in the sports areana. As a sports person she has more right than we people to express her opinion. You may difer with her opinion, but that doesn't warrant you to say shut up to her.
Learn to respect your opposition an pass comments in a more dignified manner.

I will tell you the culture behind this. Arjun gets married to Draupadi and comes home. Kunti (mother is busy in the kitchen). Arjun says "Mother, look what I have brought you". Mother, as usual says "Please share it equally among your brothers". Arjun is a person who has not disobeyed his mother so he explains the situation to his brothers and draupadi and they come to this conclusion.
It might seem absurd but Mahabharat is about real life situations with idealistic characters with high morals.
It is difficult to perceive such situations now but his is an age old story so give some thought before writing ill of our culture in public. Which is the worst thing you can do to your country.

And another religion wants their women in burkhas.. but their men can stare at cheer leaders.. !! C'mon don't be biased towards Indian culture.. it is part of all religions. Learn to respect it
Are the item songs in almost all films are good for our culture?
Bikini clad Kareena, Aishwarya, Bipasha et all..exemplify the so called indian culture?
The pop song videos are they doing good to our culture?
When all this happens on the screen be it movies or TV Serials....no one ever raises a point..albeit it effects their moolah....TV Soaps..gosh..most indecent of all...
Sheer hypocrisy on our politicians part and the so called moral police brigade..first set right your own house..the sena's, MNS..everyone..if you are true to stop indecency..start with the Bollywood...Shame on you....

Bikini clas kareena, Aishwara, Bipasha et. are your concern, since you may be a fan of bollywood stars. PT usha as a sportsperson comment on something that happens in the field of sports. Cricket being another sport, she commented on the ongoing contraversy. What is wrong in her expressing opinion?
I never witnessed any criket match live in stadium. But I like the presence of cheerleaders. I would definitely visit if the BCCIcould move the cheerleader centrestage on pitch full time relocating game to periphery of the stadium showing only occasional highlights A.Krishnamachari

HOW ABOUT LETS US KILL THR REGLION IN THE NAME BOLLYWOOD FILMS As the GIRLS IN THERE DONT WEAR M@UCH ANYWAY........
To show body is not a crime, but to see it is a crime.
Indian women are innocent, what does it make a difference that male sex workers are increasing thousand times in metros.
Indian women are innocent and adultery is not a crime for them, what it makes a difference that extra martial relation are going to increase several folds.
Promotion and success at the cost of body is going trend in corporate world, what stll they are innocent.
What u want from India. Let us kill India on the name of development Let us kill Religion on the name of secularism. Let us kill our culture on the name of multiculture world.
NOW LET US COMPARE KHAJURAO ON THE NAME OF CHEER LEADERS.

It is THESE INDIAN girls like USHA who are jealous that white girls who look nice show less then Bollywood girls and still they are subjected to Hypocritics LIKE USHA who have nothing better to do... LOSE SOME WEIGHT USHA and maybe you can earn money by cheerleading HARD WORK
It is unfortunate a professional like PT Usha says it. Cheerleaders are also professionals and that is their career. Also notice that they have chnaged their dressing soon after reports out from media. So that means they respect other culture as well.
What is that our heroins doing in films?. Look at Aishwarya Rai, Kappors.. etc and their dressing ?. Is that not spoiling our culture?. Do you have guts to say NO to them?.
On television it is more highlighted but I think on ground cheer girls are not that much effective or eye catching. We on TV don't have other choice but to see these CGs but on field this compulsion is not there. Moreover the dresses of these cheer girls is towards betterment day by day.
Existence of cheer girls in my point of view is completely not needed.
Tis whole thig is utter stupidity y some politicans to sho that they are THERE...IFso what is happening in BOLLYWOOD the are almost wearing next to nothing...When people go to watch Cricket they watch Cricket and not the Cheer leaders...Any way they are only doing what they are paid for...I can Garuntee that none of the Politicians will come forward if it was rakhi sawant or Yuktha Mukhi or any of our Bolly Wood actresses doinng the same thing....GROW UP

PT Usha had been India's and Asia's sprint queen. She is associated with sports and I have not seen or heard her commening on anything except sports. Here also she is commenting as a sportswomen. She has nothing to do with bollywood cinemas or anything else. When the subject matter is concerning sports she commented. She has a right to express her opinion in her fieldom, as you and me have a right to express our opinion.
