Your comments are perfect. A mountain is made out of a mole hil. We are hearing the song that she will be number one from the last 7 years. Nothing happened. She is just making money out of advertisement. To keep her name in news she creates controversies.
The earlier she retires the better the country and the game.

She is atleast worth a few million dollars, and is being an inspiration to millions of young girls in India. What are you worth, bugger, other than eating and shiting routinely?
She doesn't have to retire early, but if you die early, the earth will bear one useless person less.

You are a sick man you know? why you are not getting any advertisements yourself man? you don't even know how to repect sports persons in India. Thats why, we don't do well. We only know Cricket and only know how to appriciate loose balls like Dhoni and his clan. May be you should play Tennis and become number one if not in the world, in you own galli. Moron, you are getting so emotional and taking potshots on other people just because they criticized Sania, don't you think people get emotional when they feel that she had disgraced the national flag? Some of them might have had their fore fathers who gave their lives for it.. Its not a question of proving idiot. What I am sure that there are some pakis, who write regularly for every small news on rediff. They generally try to flame sentiments either by bringing in religion, even though its not connected. In addition, some anti india stuff comes in.. After sometime, Modi and BJP(even though they are not linked to that news) are thrown in. Once sentiments are raised, the commments just reduce to sheer abuses. Its high time that we indians, stop falling prey to just cheap tactics.

I totally agree with Rajeev. There are some sick minds who(frequent this site) wait only to rave otheres point of view, what evet it may be. They would like to bring in either religion, desh bhakti or some other narrow parochial issue. Why can't people see some thing sensible and reasonable, I don't know.

Don't make comments without knowing the facts. It is not HINDUS who are making an issue of her dressing etc. It is MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALIST FANATICS, who are making the issue. Sania Mirza is also a MUSLIM and the Muslim community is worried about her dressing. HINDUS are least bothered how she dresses etc. HINDUS don't care.
You need to know the background of Sania then you can make appropriate comments

A correction. The flag issue was raised by an Indian. It doesn't matter whether he is hindu,Muslim . Indian flag is represented by all Indians irrespective of their religion.

Like it or not mate but 30 % of india still lives in poverty and is illiterate,these illiterate people are used by politicians like pawns.
A country of loosers ! in 50 years there is this young girl who made it to the top of the world . then you have these ultra nationalist. Who does not feel the natinal honour is lost when u looses matches but when some one makes a complaint for being abused. Their national honour is in tact when they do monkey chanting in Gujarat and Mumnbai to a visisting side ! But The National honour is lost when some one complaint about it ..

I would say its a Very bad move...If you need to be a winner you need to get over such silly controversies...what should really matter is playing good tennis and winning tournaments when you can. By not playing you are not managing the situation....you are running away...then why need a manager...sack him.
Other than the Hyderabad open title she hasn't won any major tournament. With serena and venus playing bangalore open this time, what are the chances she'll even reach finals?! she'd anyway be trashed out..
