alonso is the champ. he was used by mclaren for their home grown 'pilla' hamilton to tune their cars. in q1, q2, q3 he was the fastest in most races. but somehow hamilton would get away with the last or second last lap. half way through mclaren found that htey had a chance with their 'pilla' hamilton. after that it was an uphill battle for alonso. hats off to kimi to for pulling off a v unprobable win. but alonso is the real champ. he demolished the racer-politician schumacher two times in succession to chuck him out of his career. anyway, hats off to kimi. and hamilton has a great future. but the real champ is alonso, a lone ranger.

You'll be the only one to think Alonso is the champion driver. He talks all ugly things and blames the team for favouring the other driver. Remember, this is the first season for Hamilton and what an exceptional season for him. Michael Schumacher had a really bad car in 2005 and don't forget his superb comeback in 2006. Alonso is the only racer-politician... He is not fit to be a champion.

You seem to be recent follower of F1. Schumi retired and not chucked out. Alonso won because renault were good and ferrari not upto mark. The fact is alonso is 3rd behind a rookie team mate proves that his championships are attributed to renault rather than his own skill. I pity your ignorance and blind support to alonso

Well said Apurva. Alonso was used by McLaren. A$$ho13 British people. Alonso would have won this time round had he gone to Ferarri. Instead McLaren let a pilla like Hamilton win races by prefering and giving him a better engine, better maintainance and what not. Infact Alonso a 2 time world champion would not have said lowly things if they were untrue. I am convinced that all his alligations of favourism are definitely true. I hope Alonso gets taken in by a better team than McLaren. McLaren should go to hell. I really liked McLaren when Hakkinen used to race for them but now all that they have done this year us truely unforgivable. They deserved to loose, though Alonso did not :(
only kimi is a true sportsperson and has the right sporting spirit unlike that wailing alonso and an oversmart rookie lewis... and anyways.. mclaren drivers got away cheaply from the scam.... so kimi is deserving on both counts...and even the contribution by massa this time is justified ...

Hey... its not Massa giving way to Kimi. Its the team strategy for achieving both the drivers and constructors' championship. Any team in that position would have done the same thing...

well said arun. ferrari deserved to be champions in both drivers & constructors championship after the spying contoversy. maclaren have escaped a gr8 deal in this controversy.
KIMI YOU DESERVE TO BE BE THE WORLD CHAMP. HATS OFF TO MASSA WHO SHOWED GOOD TEAM SPIRIT WHICH WAS LACKING IN MACLAREN

Kimi would have done the same for Massa. That is teamwork at its best. Look at Alonso and Hamilton... they deserved to lose

Get your facts right or else watch the highlights of BrazilGP. Massa got struck in traffic when coming out of his second stop and Raikkonnen had more fuel in his first stop and so did two more blitzkreig laps before coming into the pits for the second time and won the championship fair and square. Also massa and Kimi were very close when he came out of pits and it was kimi with an advantage and hence took the win. Just shut, dont make stupid comments,Apurva...

Calm down, Apurva knows that there are cars going around a track and the one which comes first, wins. That's his knowledge of F1, so can't we forgive him?
The way Kimi Raikkonen clinched the title from rest of the contender was really fabulous. He is the best among all. Felt really sad for the rookie Hamilton and Alonso was really great all through. But it was the Ice man who kept his nerve and got through all that.... HE is the best among all.. Nice way ahead Kimi... Good job.. U really proved there is nothing Impossible....
He showed today that biasing is not the only way to win championship but it can be done by hard work. He deserve the championship and he got, it could have been his third one if he was lucky enough in 2003 and 2005 which was won by Schumacher due to favouritism by his team and by alsonso due to three mechanical failures respectively. Alsonso, beat the champ if you can.....
