The tragedy of India is that we are dominated by substandard , worthless individuals who scream, shout and talk over you with their noise and nuisance. Don't believe ? Watch ANY TV debate.
An occupation does not make you a holy person.
Some of us here have farms which we lease to local farmers because we do not have time to manage them. When we lease, we do not bargain with the farmer the terms. It is an age old practice. We just accept the terms laid by the person who we lease the farm to.
EVEN THEN, EVEN AFTER GETTING WHAT ALL HE WANTS, the farmer cheats us year after year after year after year. Shows lower yield, manipulates the expenses and ultimately cuts into the money he needs to pay us.
So, just because you are a farmer you are not ALL THAT OH CLEAN, HOLY , HONEST man. There are number one cheats and liars in farmers too.
Sooner we get out of this brainless propping business - that of making some one HOLY because he is a farmer or exploited because he is a Dalit or Oppressed because he is a , well, moslem and so on.

I have full sympathies with you Dear!!!BJP could have won Kairana,but for that brilliant 01 Paisa reduction in Petrol/Diesel Prices,infuriated the Peasanttry & consequently,BJP lost?????????

It is useless to explain to you but I try.
IT IS NOT REDUCED BY GOVERNMENT. THE PETROL PRICES ARE LINKED TO THE CRUDE PRICES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET AND WHAT IS CALLED BoP ( or Balance of Payment).
Whatever happened to one of the big time thieves in the BJP who is being called a Chanakya by sections of the press ??
And whatever happened to big time thief komaaaaali Modi ??
Oh, of course !
They did not campaign in any of these constituencies !
In fact, they were so disinterested in these 15 constituencies that they were not even aware of this by poll !
If they had been aware of it and had come on at least half a campaign visit, the BJP would surely have romped home with big majorities in each of the 15 !!
How negligent these two thieves were about the fortunes of their own party in this bypoll !!

Just ask any of those 28 lakh North Indians living and working in Kerala to get the highest minimum wages paid anywhere in India for unskilled or skilled work !

Those who wanted to contest were asked to leave the party or stay silent. No one dares to speak against the Gandhi family in the congress. Many partners may leave, If you were a true farmer you should have spoken to your state CM, the irrigation minister, the central minister for irrigation or water bodies form a group of eminent farmer leaders with solution which will help the farm community in your area. Rather than that you go and ask just money for the farmers without any plan.
You joined BJP just for money and fame so as to get a ministry or junior minstry when you felt that there were many able leaders in BJP waiting and chances of you becoming one was weak you left the party. The grapes were too sour for you. Because of your resignation the govt have to spend on elections just for another 11 months for the term to end. Is it not true that in Pahalgar the ex-congressman won on the BJP ticket. Is it not true that you were a congress men before and that you had won on BJP ticket . Was it because of the people wish in electing you as representative of the farmer community or Modi to be the PM. if you were so good a personality why did your president not have enough confidence in you and put in another candidate for your seat. Why did your coliation partner not approve of your candidature.

.... the issue with farmers and their suicides, has been from the very beginning, was it any less during cong rule ?
its one of the most complex problems and to expect Modi to solve it in 4 years is too much
that too by stopping his land-bill and other important bills using Rajya Sabha .... even a leader like Modi has very limited scope to bring reforms in this nation and its dreaded constitution.
