Yes, you are right.. They need to consolidate Goa. But, you don't get a good defense minister everyday.. It was just a regret anyway..

Yes! He was excellent as the defense minister! Would be hard to find a replacement! The only consolation is that the day's of "looters" are gone!

Congress Party ends up as losers due to certain arrogant and short- sighted people in the party. Vijay Sardesai was nicely offering to join hands with the Congress party before they went for the polls. But some people like Mr. Luizinho Faleiro wanted that the Congress party should fight the elections alone and, the out - come will be that Congress will end up as the greater losers inspite of securing majority seats. Had the Congress Party to tie up with Vijay's Goa Forward Party than Congress Party would be smoothly sailing to form the next government. This is the price of arrogance.

You have never heard of coalition? When no party has majority coalition is formed. UPA was a coalition by the way so that is also wrong. Talked on the point now? Do not run away please-:)

If Congress had clear majority or they can do so through coalition then governor will call them..that is democracy boss...who is going to do coalition with dying party?-:)

Cowman,UPA was a coilation as Congress was the single largest Party.In 1999 BJP was the single largest party and it formed NDA.Which cow do you own?
