Hard Work is a necessity and Harvard is a luxury
by Avik Chatterjee on Mar 09, 2017 05:10 PM

As Amartya Sen is a citizen of the country who has every right to criticize or give his opinion on a policy decision, Narendra Modi is also a citizen of the country who has every right to criticize Mr. Sen. Plz keep it in mind, that earlier Italian Congress Govt. ruled India for 10 consecutive yrs having a puppet PM Mr. Manmohan Singh. Those ten years were infamous of various economic scams and the country was looted by Italian lady and her son. Our then respected economist PM was nothing but a mere dumb spectator. The friendship of Mr. Sen and Mr. Singh is well known. Not a single word was uttered by Mr.Sen about looting the Indian people and making the economy paralyzed at that time. Mr. Sen was absolutely silent about the several economic scams committed by the Govt. headed by Mr. Manmohan Singh. There is not a single economic scam committed by Modi Govt. till date. Corruption is responsible for poverty in India. Hard Work is a necessity and Harvard is a luxury for Indian economy.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN PAPER WORK FROM HARVARD
by ashish singh on Mar 09, 2017 05:06 PM

Dear Bro. Who you are from Harvard I don't know but I know my country is going on the right path despite Amartya Sen or you like people's criticism. I am very thankful that Amartya Sen has zero workable effect upon my country so he is only eligible for Noble Prize.

Harvard and Hard Work
by Prakash Paithankar on Mar 09, 2017 05:05 PM

What a joke!!! Our PM was actually responding to so called "Doctor" Amartya Sen. He was not targeting Harvard University. On the contrary, it can be interpreted that, PM meant to say that, even after studying at Harvard, Amartya Sen remained what he is today. Ha. Ha. Ha.

Harward Jibe

What ever may be the comments on Demonetization by nobel winners or persons who think themselves as nobelist, should understand and make people understand point to point demerits and merits of demonetization. They simply said blunder done but without any further clarification.
But to me it was need of the hour to restructure or give a kick to the economy.

Exactly sir. Only those who have unaccounted money, are crying and criticizing demonetization. Yes, the common man did face difficulty in the initial 45 days to 2 months because of the dry ATMs but now things have come to near normal. Only black money holders (especially amongst the political class) are crying.
