No one including India will do that anymore. The history is now closed.
We common Indian understands that status quo is to be maintained by both, if China wants to have a war, we do not have any alternate to come to war and defeat China. If cannot, we must try to save our land so long we can save it. In war both parties loose.
From Dokhalam entire China can be seen that is why we want Dokhalam it is like spying on China using Bhutan as a front end. From Dokhalam we can see where China army is coming and going. China thought it as a no mans land and so never built an army base there. Now since Indian army is thinking of using it for spying over China they want to stop Indian army from spying in China using Bhutan as a front end. Using Bhutan serves purpose that China will be forced to fight Bhutan and India will say Dokalam is not ours it belongs to Bhutan.
The tricks are same as employed in GST systems full of lies and propaganda that GST is good but it only contains laws to put people in jail or pay bribes or build tiolets on border.
Lying to people and world is our regular habit to continue corruption and bribery
