Absolutely Brilliant Column

Best column ever published by rediff, amid thousands of paid columns written by 1icker authors. The author of this column is a true Gandhian and doesn't stand to gain or lose anything, just because he is no more.

Gandhi - The Father of the Nation
by K Bhaskaran on Jan 30, 2015 05:50 PM  | Hide replies

The Critics of the Father of the Nation are those who are ignorant of the situation then prevailing or do not want to concur with those living under the British Rule whose main policy was to 'Divide and Rule'. i.e. encourage the rift among the Hindus and Muslims. He sacrificed his life for the noble cause of communal tolerance and appreciation.

Gandhi was financed by the Capitalists of India, all pro-British , to expell anyone who wanted freedom. Gandhi was never elected by put there as the leader of the Congress by Sir Gokhle, a staunch pro-British. Gandhi used to insult the revolutionaries, expelled netaji Subhas and 200 of his followers from the Congress, diverted the freedom movement to Khilafat movement, never gave any leadership but used to withdraw always, ultimately gladly accepted the British plan to partition India.
He was the enemy of India.
