I sincerely feel that Hamid Mir is a glorified fanatic (who isn't a fanatic in Pakistan?). No doubt, he is much better than most other journalists there. Maybe, it's because they all have been brainwashed into believing that Pakistan is a victim of the conspiracy by the Jews-Christians-Hindus. I can only sympathise with them as otherwise most Pakistanis are normal human beings who just want to live in peace.
i think the effort has started to declare Osama a martyr. Things like, they could not catch Osama alive, he died fighting the evil forces, etc. will be highlighted to project him as some valiant soldier who died in the cause of islam!

Hamid mir is unbiased in reporting. HIs knowledge is good and best part is that he is blunt and straight.

Needless to say, that point of view is wrong. Sooner his followers realize it, better for them.
He need not die or kill innocent people for Islam. He should have had opportunity and sensibility earlier, to understand anybody with human senses manipulations can make some fools to kill innocent people by artificial reasons and generalization. When he kill innocent people he was going far from virtues of Islam.
He was an educated person and civil engineer. Was he into narcotics to get deviation from completeness in brain functionality ? How he happened to be concerned with narcotics hub Afghanistan ? Atleast after understanding the mistakes, he could change and keep a white flag perhaps.

Hey! what about firing squads for real terrorists in disguise - our respectable??? POLITICIANS. They have scammed away billions and billions of tax-payers money and starved to death millions of Indians living in villages and tribal areas.
