Obama is a lying drug lord
by DevD on Oct 22, 2010 10:13 AM

Obama has been elected by the same druglords that put most American senators in office. Right now america has 100,000 troops in Afghanistan which nurtures and protects more than 8000 tonnes of opium that channels trillions of dollars into the international banking system and Wall Street. The war on terror is simply an excuse for expanding the opium trade that supports the american economy. 9/11 was planned and executed by the CIA/Pentagon for this specific purpose. Obama is a suave, sophiticated liar, who continues this injustice and depravity. And many Indian politicians support him, because they too must be getting their cuts from this opium trade. No wonder crores of rupees can be paid by them for purchasing MLA's and MP's. The era of the devil is now fully established.

Big NO

Odama is looking after America's interests. No western leader wants to see developed countries rise, hence they try and regulate us in climate change, trade restrictions, hamper free market economy that they themselves espoused.

Odama is very short sighted - he believes more in public policy and not private/market forces. This is displayed in his bailout policy and trying to regulate private enterprise in US.

Indian industry (CII and FICC) in not very welcoming of Obama due to his agenda in India.

When he became president, I was confident of Obama, however 2 years down the line, I have lost confidence in his ability to lead the US and work out a fair relationship with India

Obama is a triumph of American vision - equality (for Americans)
by Joseph Purathur on Oct 22, 2010 10:10 AM

Truly inspiring is the story of Obama, a black, whose one parent was a Muslim. Still, he got to this enviable position. Unfortunately, this will not translate into anything substantial for the rest of the world. Because, the inequality based on the color of skin is still widely prevalent all over the world, including in America. American values are mostly subservient to their economic interests. Look at their latest arms deal worth US$60 billion with Saudi Arabia, ruled my a Monarch where democracy is 100 years away! What is the population of Saudi Arabia. Obviously, America and its arms manufacturing lobby will fall for such a huge deal (why bother about American idealism, democracy and human rights, etc.). Similarly, if India offers to buy their weapons (that too second-grade and even obsolete) in deals worth billions of dollars, they may also sing praises for India for some time. They will, however, not stop supplying arms to Pakistan, so that the threat perception in India continues to be high, which in turn, will result in even larger purchases of American arms and ammunition in the future. India should deal with America on an equal footing, that is the only way forward. Is India ready to assert itself at the world stage? Grow up, India.

Obama
by Dharam Patwari on Oct 22, 2010 10:09 AM

He is Pro-Pakistani and against the interest of India. He is the one who wants to reduce outsourcing from India by removing the incentives to the private companies in USA. Furthermore he wants India to sign the Nuclear test ban treaty and also favouring independent status to Kashmir. He should not be trusted by the Sardar and his government.

Belief in Obama
by VADLAMUDI SREENIVAS on Oct 22, 2010 10:01 AM

We shouldn't beleive Obama and US. When they come to India, when they visit to India they say they are against pakistan activities " . If they visit to Palk they say " they are having confidence in Pakistan". Our Indian foreign secretaries should understand US double standard tactics and should not bow before US.
