that BJP misued the law against INNOCENT people. While in the past 6 years eversince the law has been repealed, Courts have dismissed any suggestions that the prosecution misued the law.
Congress actually fooled the people by spreading these lies, coz TADA which was their creation was misused immesenly by Congress governments.

muslims accountants have kept an account book where they maintain how many muslims are being sent to death directly or indirectly by modi.....and the latest news was that the account books in stationery stores is OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!
they should be directly handled by supreme court or a special court for terrorism in SC, so that once the judgement is given, it is final.....all this non-sensical time wasting tactics of SIT court, then high court, then supreme court should be ripped off!!!!

at least for people caught red handed, appeal shouldn't be allowed..appeal defination should be revised..only in cases where there is no enough evidence..appeal should be allowed..while where people have been caught red handed appeal shouldn't be allowed, specially under POTA act.
based on the erstwhile TADA which was created by PVNR led Congress government, POTA added teeth to any investigations done by Police in after math of any terror attacks.
Since the law was so strict and fool proof, terrorists planning attacks had to think 100 times before carrying out their plans.
No wonder Congress repealed this patriotic act in 2004, immediately after they won elections.

Congress repealed the law to appease muslims. The Akshardham case is the first in Indian legal history in which the accused were convicted under POTA because it is not run by congress but the patriotic bjp.
one after another she is losing the cases.....all her clients are getting death sentences....one more terrorist case she loses defending, she should be hung along with the terrorists!!!!! this is no way to defend a terrorist inspite of knowing he is a terrorist and trying to prove him innocent!!!!

This is OUTRAGEOUS. How can a muslim be sentenced to death in our secular country....Guj HC is communal & influenced by Modi. SC should take note of this & shift the HC to a more secular state like J&K....this is how the congress dogs (sorry for bringing disrepute to the dog) will bark now.
