Absolutely. Shiv Sena is following the Congress culture of bootlicking.Like all Congressmen are slaves of the Nehru Dynasty and bootlickers of that Italian female similarly the Shiv Sainiks are becoming slaves of the Thackarey dynasty.

Yes he can't blame. ie why BJP is the best party in India where there is no Dynastic slavery. Shiv Sainiks are becoming slaves but they cannot be compared to greatest bootlickers ie the Congressmen as yet.
