there hasnt been a show this types...when sumone decides to move away from the normal nonsense and do sumthing meaningful and sensible, the crazy way of evaluating this is, how many cases will get solved and what will get done abt the same..??
the show highlights, appraises and informs millions of viewers like me and you of issues that we always knew existed, but have been in the backburner for all of us, as it doesnt affect us....so if Aamir decides to highlight it, and if reliance decides to support the causes in whatever way they can, what look at all this so cynically...??
why cant we all sit up, take notice and do our bit, whether that is an SMS or contribution...
there are many idiots on this idiot box with their free and over-the-top histrionics, and i guess issues when handled, need to be handled in a very mature manner....
he played safe...let him....he earns a lot from this...let him...if this manages to change and influnce the life of 100 people, coz no other serial or show does this, and will not...

The format of Satyameva Jayate has to be more profound. The present format looks like an assembly-line production.

What makes her think she is an expert on this...can she detail out what she means instead of making a statement...which is easy to make

True, but...

It is a start. It is certainly doing more, by getting folks to think, at least for a minute.. which is more than what either you Ms. Bhatt or Rediff or India Abroad have ever really done. I mean Rediff has "stunning" advertisements for whichever company will shell out a fistful of dollars, be it "cars" or "tourist destinations".. at least Aamir is an entertainer not masquerading as a news forum.
