Well the surname is Mathur.
Mukesh Mathur was a great singer and earned his name in Industry. His Son Nitin was not so lucky so attached his fater's name Mukesh to encash his popularity and goodwill and became Nitin Mukesh instead of Nitin Mathur.
Neel is son of Nitin and still grandfather is the most famous family member so use the name Neel Nitin Mukesh.
