Labour of love? It's more like labour of lust for HR, everytime he is with Barbara.

Syed you ARE wrong... worse you are prejudiced.

Syed miya, get rid of your green-tinted glasses and enjoy the world in it's multi-techno-colored beauty. Every Hrithik film has had blockbuster openings - consistently breaking previous records - Boxoffice pulling power which typifies a Superstar. (The eventual fate of a film depends on how good it actually is). This is why HR always had directors clamouring for him. He NEVER fizzled out as per your propaganda. Kites is not a comeback film as you want people to think.

Muslims have a hard time accepting Hrithik as a superstar bcos he is not a Khan - although they too throng for his films otherwise his films wouldn't have the boxoffice clout they do. For the same reason, they deny Amitabh Bachchan as the all-time Indian Superstar - in this respect they prefer Dilip Yusuf Khan Kumar.

Some muslims who are unbiased, get ostracised by their own on public forums. That shows the general attitude of this community. Non-Muslims do not differentiate to this degree hence India has produced so many Muslim superstars (in all fields). Till the time muslims face their prejudices they will not progress as a community. They should realise - their close-mindedness does not harm anyone BUT themselves, much as it is the loss of the frog in the well missing the beauty of the world.

WTF?
by Roopal Vaish on May 06, 2010 08:18 AM

Riiiiight! So if you don't have a movie release every year, it means your career has fizzled out. By that definition, those who have multiple releases every year, no matter the quality of the said movies, should be the biggest stars! By the same definition, Aamir Khan's career has been long dead, without anyone realizing it! Thanks for improving my GK, Mr. Ashraf.

bad journos

check how irrelevant the order of their questions are

Q - There is a general feeling that after Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan became the next superstar and that you could have been the one to take over from him. But somewhere, in your creativity, did you lose out on that?

Immediately after that

Q - Is it true you stop your dad from offering chocolates to your children?

Is the 2nd question even worth asking???
