(1) Sanjay Dutt was proved guilty and was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment. But suprisingly he came out after spending only a month in jail. (2) Salman Khan killed black buck. It was proved beyond doubt he was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment. He killed 3 poor people on road for driving under influence. He was not having driving liscence and vehicle was a imported vehicle. It was imported without paying duties. Still today he is living a peaceful life. (3) Kasab is still alive even after killing so many innocents. I think one day some terrorist group will do some hijacking operation and will demand Kasam release. Our ministers will shamelessly release him along with money.
(4) Fardeen Khan was found guilty of possessing Cocaine and having contacts with people who deal in this drug. He is living a normal life today. If there was a comman man in his place he would have lost his job and would be deprived of the priviledge of getting a job. If it was a student he would have got restigated from his college and would be denied right to education.
After all these cases i am confident that Shiney Ahuja will get a clean chit.

hey kavita, start the process with u r dad and continue if u happen to have a "husband" and brothers , grandfather etc etc .. talk sense lady! if the girl now tells that there were advances made on her about a month back, what was she doing till the D day? she shold have quit her job then and there ....all women are the same.....
All rapists whether mighty or low strata should be treated at par terrorists .Actually they are the meanace to society which effect a place to prosper economically .We have seen how 26/11 effected our economy and similarly rapists presence will also effect our economy adversely ,particularly Bollywood in this case as crores of rupees are in stake in this entertainment Industry .Women will fear to enter bollywood due to casting couch and now latest rape case .
When Shakti Kapoor was caught red handed in a sting operation, the entire film industry and the entire media blamed India TV of going overboard, rather than blaming Shakti Kapoor!
Just because Shiney Ahuja is perceived to be an outsider, he is getting the "Righteous treatment" from these guys!
Why should Shiney Ahuja go after a maidservant? Cant he get someone better if he wanted to?

how stupid.Do you sleep with your wife just because you could not get any one better.A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush.Getting an 18 yr old in the comfort of your home virtually free of cost must have overwhelmed Ahuja.Any ways screwing the servant maid is seen as a birth right by most people..either it is the master of the house,his children or his relatives.They all have a go at these poor morsels and complain that the money paid was not sufficient to cover up thier acts of lust.A place like bombay has avenues to let out your lust..so why not use them rather than harm the servant.Kindly change your attitude.

Because of our Crazy Judiciary, Shiney's Lawyer can find some loop holes and get him out of this. I still remember the verdict from some court regarding Ajman Kasab for 26/11 that his main mistake was he did not take a platform ticket at VT station before shooting 163 innocent people. Long live our Judiciary.
Going by circumstantial evidence, it is almost certain that it was not rape.
If it is indeed found after investigation that it was not a rape, the woman should be given the same punishment as a rapist should be i.e officially 7 years jail(and unofficially ??? )
Being in Bollywood and starving for Sex is simply amusing. When he has all these high class one's around him why did he go in for a housemaid is still a mystery!!!.cannot simply digest!That too being worked with Bhatt saab.
