Hey stop generalising What is this about all "northies".Here we are talking about the plight of a girl and you take it as a forum against a certian class of people.How is your mentality any different from racists or should I say narrow minded---- Fill whatever part of INDIA you belong to.

What he has done is wrong.But In Country where marraige still happens before puberty and sexual life of girls in village starts with in 4 months of attaing puberty,why are telling unnecessary things.
Rape is the real crime.16 or 17 or 18 or virginity is a different matter

Wake up dude, rape is the most common crime that happens irrespective of caste creed or religion.
This highly surprising that he admits his offence. This may be a trap. But if it is true, shamefull and he has to be sent behind Bars and huge fine is to be imposed.

sometimes the guilt is too much to handle and u spill the beans unlike raju who is a tough nut to crack. that is the diff between a seasoned criminal and a momentary lapse in senses.

he could have been forced into a confession!who knows???wait till the dna tests and the maids medical check up is completed..dont jump to conclusions!
In such cases, the court should refuse bail. Eventually, these high profile culprits will influence the Victim, accuse the cops of torture, destroy evidence and even stand in elections.
Salman Khan and Sanjay dutts are their role models. Bail should be refused in all Rape cases.

The latest news is that both Salman and Sanjay have been appointed as MPs from Rajya Sabha taking care of Womens' Rights Ministers
everyone in Bollywood is good, except for a few crimes.... Taliban is also gud, except for a few-many ppl whom they've killed..... LTTE is also good, except for few-many whom they've blown off..... we recognise them as culprits only if someone fm our family is affected...

Like good Taliban and bad Taliban, Shiney's lawyer will push him as a Good rapist and an out of settlement will be reached or the poor girl will be a prven a liar.
And as a show of solidarity with poor shiney, mahesh Bhatt will produce a couple of films with him - all directed by ...who else - Mohit Suri and co-starring Emran hasmi and Kangana Ranaut.
