it is right time to make rape, a crime that should attract capital punishment. If names like Shiny are proven guilty and awarded capital punishment, it will sound a good warning in society. The need is to give a stern warning by punishing the known guilty.

i totally agree...he has no godfather in the industry...besides the chap's a talented actor...obviously some incompetent nincompoop felt threatened by him or may be shiney just refused to accept some lousy offer to do a lousy movie with a lousy producer...

I thought Shiney is carrying the legacy of Nasirudding & Om Puri in parallel cinema. He was a intellect in choosing projects & roles according to me.
But whatever he has done is the most shocking & cruel thing.
If this is done by any other film star like saif ali khan/fardeen khan/zayed khan, I may not be surprised. But Shiney has done this thing...it is disgusting.
on friday three goons kidnapped and raped a minor girl while she is returning from tuition..two of them are sons of police personnle.. on saturday mornring localistes beaten them black and blue ...
But rediff didnt report it ..but talks bla bla on attacks in australia...
if rediff doesnt have any reporter in Guj how come it written so much on Godhra..can we say its all concoted by rediff ppl sitting in Delhi/mumbai/ahmadabad???
when mangalore pub attack happened on drunkards rediff acted as if it is protector of women and dragged it for months together.. Now it manitains tightlipped on surat incidents..for obvious reasons ....as if it doesnt know abt surat incidents...
these guys have money, influence etc.. it was a moment of weakness coz his wife was not there ... He might have got wild thoughts...He shud be punished so that his fat levels come doen ...
