I reckon, Rape case is already a non bailable..If NOT then it should be. Well, it is really surprising that he admitted to his crime. He could have easily paid huge money and shut the victims mouth..But dear Shiney..You got it wrong here. We also should not forget that this may well be the trap. Lets see and wait for the truth to come out.

i dont think so any indian would take this shit as a publicity stunt,,such thing is not accepted anywhere no matter whoever has done this inhuman crime he deserves to be punished in the rightful way of the indian penal code
This act of Shiney shows that we do not respect the community which serves as MOTHER/SISTER/WIFE forget giving them equal rights. It is painful to see educated people making lewd comments to working women who come out to work to support their families and molesting them. I know working women have to work double as man sitting in home does nothing.I salute working women and request everybody to listen to them and support them . Women are not to be considered as sex objects. Shiney if guilty must be punished severely as they are role models for youngsters and at the same time victim must be treated well by police,judiciary and her own family members.

In such cases, the court should refuse bail. Eventually, these high profile culprits will influence the Victim, accuse the cops of torture, destroy evidence and even stand in elections.
Salman Khan and Sanjay dutts are their role models. Bail should be refused in all Rape cases.

Well said Rajeev. I have very similar feelings. Most of what you said I support - respect women, salute working women. I hope Shiney if found guilty is punished. Its good to see Shiney apparently confessing. Unfortunately in India (and the world), punishing criminals sometimes becomes a mockery and ppl with money get away.

I suppose these are one of the instance where rich people have broken the law without having any guilt. They think that money power will take care of the damage done.
I am proud of the girl who has gone ahead and lodged complaints against Ahuja. Further, I also think that, had this been some big actor, big industrialist or politians, things would not have moved so far.
As a country, we should be shameful of Justice delivery efficient in our country.

Slimy Ahuja was not known to be close to any filmstart like SRK,Sallu or AB. He has an attitude problem and was always aloof. So now now bollywood star will come and defend him.
We Indians always keep self proclaiming that we are rich in culture, but time and again we have proved at umpteen instances how dirtily we respect the women species. If a society or culture doesn't respect the women species it doesn't have any right to proclaim that it is rich. We all are hypocrites, we say something but do something else in every walk of our life. Let us be clear and transparent in what we are and what we do and accept our mistakes rather than blowing the horn of rich culture 'maan, maryada, parampara' etc. etc.
Has anybody seen Shiney Ahuja's movie "SINS". In that movie he rapes a girl. He plays a Chritian Father of a Church. I think Shiney was living that character in reality too.
