admission to sex is not same as admission of rape. rape is forceful act without consent. I am not sure if shiny said this. this is rediff reporting.
He has looks and could get any girl easily why the hell he had to rape a maid.All he can say is "Bhool HO Gaya Bhulaiya Se" his image will be tarnished if proven guilty and his career may go for a toss.
I am surprised Ram Jethmalani hasnt surfaced to defend Shiny and claim that the maid was a person with "loose character", just like Jethmalani did in the Jessica Lal case.
There is no shortage of scoundrels who will jump to the defense of other scoundrels.

Death sentence??? No maan, that is a bit too much...he should serve 7 years in jail and come out at the age of 46, a mellow and mature man who will then begin his life afresh........

do you think marrying the girl after raping her is good suggestion. It could be the worse thing. Shiny Ahuja should be given at least 7 years R.I. and he should be also fined minimum 5 lakhs for paying to the victim.

Not only after the new born but also the for the previous 4 months to his child birth Shiney had been deprived of that pleasure. Court should relax the punishment if the man rapes in such a circumstances
