If wife stays thousands of kms away from husband what will the husband do....!!! But Shiney had better options in Mumbai itself..why did he went for "maid"!!!!!!

Yeah! and that too when he's a good looking star and girls flock to him. When girls themselves are willing to throw themselves at him, where was the need to rape and that too a maid! Maybe its the Delhi neta attitude of doing whatever you want, without a care for the law or other people's rights and feelings!
i can cleary see that money game is involved in that reason to that is that Shiney may get better, he does not need because many volunteers better than her maid are there to share bed. As the law in India is biased, male does not get right to defend, the only way for them is to give the ransom, so Shiney will have some trouble, but when her maid will get LEGAL ransom..all will be fine

So you want to say that he has not done it...Then why he committed it? He might be suffering from any mental illness. A normal person can not do this...
