Ahuja does not need to do something like that. He gotta ample opportunities. The maid herself might have sexually abused Shiney Ahuja. Woman are on a advantage because everyone takes their side after seeing their tears. Let the law of court decide it. In offices and every where cunning women do the stuff like that. man are the victim now days ... rape can be from both side... western countries has a law for that too we need to see both side.
its good that shiney was immediately arrested. however, there's the infamous salman who's killed protected animals, and innocent people sleeping o nthe pavement on whom he drove and killed. he's let scot free. ditto with sanjay dutt, who's sheltered criminals and traitors. why arent they brought to justice ?

possible, i doubt any story by the cops anyways. shiney was dragged to the station in an awful hurry. while at the same time salman and sanjay dutt are still out!

yeah - its not a homicide- nevertheless needs punishment.too many rich and powerful go without punishment.
It is sad to notice that even educated people make lewd comments and molest working ladies who come to work with a purpose to support their families. Working women have to suffer double as they work double except office work they have to complete the house hold jobs also. This attitude of men show that we neither respect nor consider women as our equals who serve us as MOTHER/SISTER/DAUGHTER,WIFE. I do not understand how a poor servant can arouse sexual feelings in an educated person but there are several people who sexually exploit women working in their offices/factories.In a way they cheat their families. Shiney has not raped a girl in fact he has raped her poverty. Shame on him and kudos to brave girl who have come strong against this.

We are living in a democracy and all are equal in this system of governance. There should not be question of guts. Our democracy is fake,go to Europe to get a feel of real democracy.
