Frankly its not that difficult. In 97% of cases the girl is given to be of bad character & case closes with girl &/or her family taking advantage of actor's status. The best part that accused can always change his statement in court by citing police pressure during interrogation. Morovre can request for medica;l treatment during remnd period. Remember we live in democratic country where the best joke is our LEGAL SYSTEM.
he must be cursing his stars for the act committed by him,. whether conensus or not, it is a disgracing thing to do, specially if you are in public eye as a star. he could have satisfied his sexual desires with call girls, who are in plenty supply in his line.
Since he is an actor may be someone played foul against him, another thing may be there is some problem of consent between the duo, which must be running smoothly until one day the girls says I quit and frames a charge to get a ransom. 1. a claim of rape is easily made and is most difficult to be disapproved... 2. In any legal matter involving a women the man must be jailed with out bail 3. It is not the maid who has to prove whether or not she was raped, judge will ask shieny to prove his innocence 4. Out of court settlement may occur but at the cost of the dignity of an actor, since no one is gonna recognise the maid 5. Till otherwise proven Shiney will be considered as guilty and this is going to weaken the spirits of the actor...
So many things to look at... Shiney boy, if you are innocent, may god be with you...

Either way, people dont become bad because they come from south or north. It is purely how they are brought up and how they have learnt to react to situations.
