If the news of his admission of rape is true, then he must be severely punished. Why his relatives, friends, well wishers, and colleagues cites past history to save him, is not understndable. Do they think that past history will wipe out his crime committed now?

i dont think so as he does not have the backing of various producers that the other 2 had... he is simply from outside the industry like SRk, Akshay, Sunil shetty etc and hence will find it very difficult... not that anybody else is responsible for that, though..
I do not know wot provokes a man of a velebrity stature 2 this kinda deed..any ways here's an eye-opener 4 all those rejoicing law n justice..there wil b an out of court settlement..no one goes 2 jail..and the maid has enuf to sustain her living

At most she would have asked for Rs 2 lakhs which Shiney can make in an adshoot......the fact is that she has indeed been raped and the girl has decided to take this forward...she should continue showing the same courage and not allow herslef to be bribed or cajoled or threatened......someone like Neelam Katara should help her out.....
Ahuja couple(parents of shiney)must have had great expection from their newborn and gave a name like shiney to their packet of joy, i hope they are not there to see rusted act of their son.it is shameful,and culprit must be punished to the exteme of the law.
