Such case should not be brought to the court. The police should only punish the culprit by cutting the main part. Court should give a very stern punishment for such an act.

So, after cutting main part of every men, how you become a mother, which is a dream of every women. That's can't be a answer for these types of problem. How would generation grow. Just give me an answer
1. In the court, Shiney will retract his confession alleging that it was extracted by coercion.
2. Meanwhile, Shiney's friends in the film industry (Mahesh Bhatt & co) will threaten, bribe or do whatever required to the servant and her relatives. All of a sudden, the victim will admit that it was consentual and withdraw the case.
Other film actors have escaped punishment for serious offences, so how can one expect Shiney to be nailed for this one?

Any one who is comvicted gets punbishment ...and why u r so sympthatetic for Shiny ahuja - he is not being nailed but he is found guilty prima facie ..and if he not proved guilty by court will go scot freee but as one can see from ur post who is sympathetic to shiny ahuja for reasons known to ur self well you can go to court and give ur stateent in favour of Rapists and RSS suporters !RSS leaders and supporters r exposed .....these manuwadi elements who always exploit poor childern of Mother India r to be elimanited for the progree of Mother India ...nothingless than the Eliminatation of these Corrupt RSS leaders -supporters and crooks can bring peaxce and progress of Mother India ....

This is all made up by maid and her relatives. There is no scratch on the lady's body and newspaper published that lady has sign of forced sex on the organ. I will counter argue that if you have sex with lady who never had it before will have these kind of sign no matter it is forceful or not. Other thing is that how can person like Celebrity like Shiney can have rape without any consent of the lady. It is not easy friends. Only those man who hate women can do this kind of act according to science and I do not think this guy Shiney Ahuja hates women ;). However he should be punished for breaching the bond of trustful marriage.

Tilak, I am not asupporter of RSS, but what you are saying ifthat happens (Elimination of RSS), Congress will shake hand with Pakistan and today Pakistan is only after Kashmir, Pak will be after Delhi, Mumbai. Already there are many Pakistani staying in India.
i mean this actor was doing well in recent bollywood films. why the hell he needed to have rape to statisfy his sex needs.Nowdayz metro cities like bombay delhi has such big sex callgals rackets and this actors get nice one if they go for it...

Like in Mahabharat Arjun had to concentrate only on Eye of bird and not anything else.
So shiney saw only vital part when his got erected. he didnt see cast religion, status etc.
If proven guilty he should be hanged from his P till it pulls off

He is indeed stupid! Inspite of being one of the sought after Bollywood heroes, were there no bollywood actresses eager to have sex with him? I am sure he could have found partners willing to have sex with him, then why did he rape a poor servant!!!!

in bollywood there is nothing caqlled as faithfulness....there are so many orgies whereby swapping is done...so i suppose hardly his wife will blame him...secondly shiny might have done anal and oral along with regular sex with maid...when the relative learnt about the huge sum she got were shocked and on the fear of getting caught the maid reported to police
