I said that I do not like Kannada movies because they are not up to the mark. If a product is bad , then customers have a right to reject it.
Please do not equate my dislike of Kannada movies to contempt for kannada language/kannadigas.
Movies are purely a commercial exercise and they are in no way reflective of kannada culture. So if a movie is bad and if I criticise it , I am not criticising Kannada culture/kannadigas.

dear racist - criticizing something without even watching is like accepting your impotence even before your first night....

dude u dont want to watch u can keep away.. u dont need to put unwanted comments here. Just shut ur trap and close the page if u dont wanna read the review.
Comin to the review i feel the producers did'nt do a great job in the promotion and hence the movie may still loose out even if its good. Lets wait and watch :)

Read the review. It says "But neither the songs nor their picturisations match the grandeur seen in today's films. Cinematography is below par. If music and photography were of high class, Ganesha Maththe Bandha could have been a top class product"
The review itself is critical about the standard of the movie.

But U seem to have an opinion on each and every Kannada movies even before watching the movie. In fact U R not really bothered weather its a good movie or bad..U just get some psychic satisfaction by posting useless, biased, idiotic, stupid, racisit comments.U seem to visit this forum everyweek and post stupid messages here..what is it? isnt it racist? U R asking about culture etc etc to Chandran and others...but then what is ur culture? what is ur upbringing? if Kannada films bother U so much then Y on earth do U visit this forum? who R U to decide or comment on Kannada films? U say U R a consumer, then how much money have spent on watching Kannada movies? from ur posts it looks like U have never seen a Kannada film in ages, but just speak senseless due to jealousy/heartburn or what ever psychic problem U R sufferring from and the movie in question is a decent family film and is very good when compared to all other craps that have been reviewed this week and from the past few weeks both Kannada and other languages, so what is that U R criticising for being "BAD"? whats bad? This is a preconceived notion U guys suffer from.so isnt it an abuse on a culture or langauge using movie as a excuse?? Mr Aries areies or who ever U R, first respect urself..U seem to be even ashamed of ur name,so how can U be comfortable with the society? UR hiding behind a false name that itself shows ur upbringing, culture so all ur abuses will definitely ignite spark but then U R already a looser
The photography is not that bad as the reviewer has mentioned, it suits the film's ambiance as it is a lower middle class vatara and house, it is not glamourised like we see in some movies where the house would be of a poor man, but his hut looks like an artists creation for an art competition. Phani's films dont rely on the technical expertise but on the story and laughs. Yes, songs could have been better, V.Manohar lets you down, specially when the songs of Kannada films these days are so wonderful, this is surely a let down
I only remember Gowri Ganesha, which was, as the reviewer says a good clean comedy. I wish Kannada CDs were available on the net or in Mumbai. Could have been able to see more Kannada movies apart from those screened on Udaya. Are Mungaru Male, Gaalipata, Mussanje Mathu, etc available on CDs/DVDs. Let me know. If not, then can someone "write" them and send them to me in Mumbai

Aries: yes, kannada film doesn't screen in mumbai becoz there are very few kannadigas there...we get jobs here in karnataka...we don't migrate other cities like beggers :)...like you kannadiga hater roaming around in a kannada movie section...

Yes, that U R an idiot will definitely hurt U..its OK, take it easy...at least Shekar is cultured he just called U an idiot, when U deserve the worst. So take it as a compliment

Kannada films are screened in Mumbai U nut, he was asking for an old film and MM, Galipata and Mussanje Maathu were screened in Mumbai, but U cant expect other state people to be as magnanimous as Kannadigas to give good theaters and convenience to view a film, they always give preference to their local language/Hindi/English and then the other language movie would be screened in a theatre that is either very far or the timings not convenient and hence most of the movies go unnoticed

I was thinking that there is no national language in India, but only official languages namely Hindi and English. Who told you that Hindi is our national language? Ohh, you must be one of those madarasa educated geniuses. Grow up dude!
