The point here which has to be highlighted is freedom fighters from SOUTH INDIA were never given their due. Allmost all of them were hidden behind the carpet to highlight their North India counterparts. Even smalltime freedom fighters from North India were praised to the heavens while major ones from south india does not even get a mention. One example is that Sardar Patel is always given the credit for unifying India, while it is an unknown fact that VP Menon played an equal role with Sardar Patel in Indian unification.
cry people cry. if your any actors are not showing good acting in the screen then criticizing the good actor is not the solution. Just watch the last 25 years (now also) of MOHANLAL. can any actor in this country do what he did???? never... can amithab bachan, kamal hassan or shahrukh khan do what mohanlal did in vanaprastham (national award winner), bharatham (national award winner), kireedam (national award winner), thanmatra (2005 state award and almost won 2005 national AWARD unless bachan lobby did not play), sanmanassullavarkku samadanam (state award 1986), vadakkumnathan (2007), akashagopuram (2009), sphadikam (1995) His highness abdulla and many many movies are there.... No actor in india can do with that 100 percent perfection what mohanlal did in his 25 plus years. kamal hassan is good but not great as mohanlal. even kamal said if mohanlal is there for national award then dont think for an award... even dasavataram shows the lack of perfection. but when lal acts there is not lack of perfection u can see. even in aag (varama ka) only mkohanlal was fantastic. amithab was nothing infront of hiom.... SO PLEASE DONT SAY FOOLISHNESS. KEEP QUITE

We all know that Mohanlal would need more people like vijesh to keep writing praises about him to survive in the current situation.Mohan lal won't be able to hold on any longer if he continues to deliver crappy stuff.I think he is competing with Kalabhavan Mani and is targeting the "B" class theaters.. No wonder, his fans are "B" Class....

Wht does tamil movies offer to you, punch dialogues and dishum dishum. Or is tht u prefer kerala beauties being exposed in tamil cinema. Thy ar much better lookin thn mohanlal, mamoty, or srinivasan is it.
Mohanlal compltly lived his charactr in hindi movies so far, ram gopal varma calls him the robert de niro of indian cinema.
You think vijay, vikram, ajith or surya are more good looking thn these mallu actors.
Goin from ur argumnt, its better to watch bollywood movies, why settle for tamil movies.

it is because mallus unlike tamilians accept ev erything good....they accept kamal rajni vikram soory...just like they accept mammoty mohanlal....tamilians regional spirit does not allow this.they are like a fish in a pond...donno about surroundings
People wh ar saying tht mohanlal is not a good actor, is a good actor, fat, thin, mallu, etc... Jst get a life.
This is the director's vision and he is also a national award winner. Nonetheless, he is a director and its his job to make films of his kind, not the audience's job to be breathin fire on the director in choosin the actors.
Its made in an language from india and people who understands this language or if its being made as a bilingual, people who understand japanese can go watch it. Otherwise don't depending upon your time.
Whts this mallu is bad, he is thin, he is fat, he is not good actor, he is nair, software engineers etc... Wht has all this has to do w.the topic above.
