Need to dress for the occasion
by suresh kumar on Jan 29, 2008 07:50 PM  | Hide replies

PPL this is not about the obscene dresses but is about what to wear for the occasion. Imagine this "No need to dress in a first night room vs respectful dress before our grand parents who are alien to that dress". This is all .. but at the sametime not that easy to convince all but atleast in a exercise room even a fully nude woman cannot exract a comment from a fully exhausted male. But in a placed where there is a lot of energy .... Need to be a bit formal and nothing wrong in it. Do anyone disagree to this scientific study... (not completed though)

Nothing wrong so long as nothing haappens like the New year night at Mumbai. Provocative dress may invite trouble not only to the person who wears but also to the society by inviting them to misbehave. Everything will go wrong if the crowd mentality goes wrong.

....after all what else can these heroines do. They hardly have any scope of acting. They'll have to use their glamour as asked by producers & directors to survive in this industry. Anyways, the leaders should first concentrate on the public who are seen in a similar kinda attire in colleges and offices. If they are successful in bringing change in public, then they can move on to the actress on screen.

Ok that is understandable in the films. But why show off in shops, malls inaguration? Don't they have any commitment to culture, society etc.,

dress code - actress
by Surendra Reddy on Jan 29, 2008 07:32 PM  | Hide replies

Who are intrested in women if she expose (sexual Appeal)? No doubt we males. I am right?. As long as Women is sex worker(who earn money/attention with body), we dont need to find fault in anyone, either she is shreya or namitha. Guys, lets enjoy the figure before they get realized themself. Stupids, who asked them to have good dress code. Let them be full nude, we dont have any problem. I want other women/girl to be full sexy, but not my wife or sister. So its there choice how they want to be.

One's Choice
by Girish on Jan 29, 2008 07:28 PM

In a democratic country the government cannot control on what or what not one should wear, its entirely upto the individuals choice on what he or she should be wearing, but if one thinks exposing oneself is a "modern" culture, then I can only understand how modern his or her "thinking" is.

Screw thee guys !! Im with you pajji.. not to forget these tamil movies, where their hero jumps in action and guess wot the lungi flies showing off their u kno wot.. lol !!
On a serious note it is right to restrict to an extent but not to just raise cane and eek attention by filing cases.. why not file a case on a movie or maybe next time shriya wants to war something, she can put a sticker like, 12, 15 or 18 for a restricted viewing.
Get a life u buggers !

dress code
by mvk viswanadham nadam on Jan 29, 2008 07:18 PM

We are too sensitive for anything. If somebody wants to dress that way, why we should have objection to it. If the dress is so allergic to the viewers, it is equally allergic to the wearer. If it is not the way to dress, it is the wearer who has to be ashamed of, and a marriageable girl should be more concerned about it. Why make fuss about it? The best way is to ignore if somebody wears an indecent dress, and next time she wont wear such dress, as she does not get attention. If she someebody wants to reveal her hidden assets, which the God has bestowed on her, she will be left with nothing to show thereafter. In the South we are bit conservative about the girls' dresses but in the north they move with modern dress in the company of their parents also.No fuss please for anything.

Agree with you.
But perhaps Tamilnadu is the only state in India where Politicians are treated next to God.

When you compare this to Lallu, politicians in TN are pre kg students. Don't fight like dog accusing each other, after all we are all Indians.
