I had absolutely zero expectations from this film even though it boasts of an Aditya Chopra-SRK combination so I didn't come out too disappointed. The whole concept behind the movie is good - where beauty is only skin deep and its the heart of a person that truly matters but it has been stretched so endlessly that towards the end of the film especially the last half hour you feel like tearing your hair out and praying for the movie to finish. Not being a very big fan of SRK I was disarmed by his rather charming performance spot on as Surinder but completely over the top as a stereotypical Raj. Not his best but up there with Swades and Chak De India. Anushka is very average - she has the required innocence but Deepika she is not. She is awkward in many of the key scenes in the movie that required someone with a bit more experience. However with a bit more polish she will go far. Vinay Pathak is good but not been utilised properly. The music is average. Overall its a must for SRK fans - he is good in an otherwise very very average film that could have been a masterpiece if not lost in translation.
I am an hardcore SRK fan. I've seen DDLj 69 times...i have already seen rnbdj 16 times. The movie rocks. Srk's acting is incomparable. The way he acts like old suri is worth all awards. His shyness and total getup was super. SRK looks totally like the young guy as Raj. People saying he has done plastic surgery are crap. He is not a gay also like people are saying. The girl anushka is awesome. Though she has good sets of knocks, she must stop showing in clean films. SRK acts like her brother in first few scenes. That is wonderful-imagine husband acting like brother, especially when he has husband-like feelings. In last when he fights sumo fighter, he looked like a real champion. He looked very like King Khan. Smart and strong..you can see 6 pack with the shirt. He also helped yash chopra and son by helping find sponsors like compaq, pepsi, hyundai, nokia..etc. It shows how much he helps friends when they dont have money. He did not take one rupeed to act in the film. SRK rocks! We fans are waiting for his next blockbuster...

dude get a life. :) He is most over rated guy. He is the only guy who can run after an heart attack. He is the only guy who left home in Delhi, somehow reaches London and become millionaire. He is the only guy who can jump from the building and land in the chopper. lol
You need life dude, have you ever consider getting an medical checkup.

Wife can not recognize her husband. You all who liked the movie needs some life. If you are saying this movie is good, then i know why this khan is superstar beside making such crap movie.
Like all Khan movies, this was all fiction movie. No reality at all. Same expression, same stupid acting, same stupid director. I loved DDLJ from this director, but belive me this moive is crap. If you will go watch this movie you gonna waste your time.

hhehhehe.. You don't like it. :) He is superstar because of you man. He made so many stupid movie. He had heart attack and he was running on the street of New York. :) Now his wife can not recognize him.
Who care you do not like if someone criticize SRK. He is most overrated guy in the film industry.

i hate SRK but mr. Rajesh u are totally a mad person though actors like SRK and Shahid usually do champoo roles they have got many fans, who actually like simple roles whereas actors like akshay do gunda roles

Koyla khan should learn some basic acting first. One example- In RAB NE..while he was washing dishes why was he moving his shoulders so much. He can never be normal. Always overact. SRKs face now looks like somebodies a..........
King Khan 3 blockbustor in a row.. Wow! wat a movie.. I really loved it.. specially the Surender Sahni (Suri) roled.. kudos to you King Khan, 2008 years belong to you.. Keep going King Khan we really want you..
