leave everything else...things have changed so much that everything under the sun now comes to Supreme Court...what is the rest of judicial system doing in the country...nd can't the lower courts say that a kiss on a cheek is not an issue which has to be blown out of proportion..
Public display of affection and the indian values must be balanced. However, it is good for the judiciary to take a stand and tell us the line of demarcation. change is good but sudden change is revolution, are we ready for it?

It is not sudden. It is just that we are not able to accept it in any amount of time. We are inquisitive, we watch, we enjoy but we are scared of taking a stand. We are at fault. Aur jab miya biwi razi, to kazi ko kyon mirchi lage, bhai.
Thanks a lot Supreme Court for using common sense. Now it is time to file a litigation against the self-appointed moral guardians of the law who have made a global mockery of the entire country. First let Indians learn to use a condom and control the population of the country before pointing a finger at public kissing. A bunch of hyppocrites !
The issue is really important in the sense that should we extend the line of decency to accommodate such public display of affection? Let the highest judiciary take a view to clear cobwebs relating to the moral policing controversy.
