I have never expected such blunder and stupid movie from yash raj banners which has given us lots of hits, have they paid for actors only to dance and sing on a bussiest UK's railway station? they have wasted good actors.

oh chak de india?... i saw the promo before JBJ n believe me its like a short film,i had forgot which movie i went to see there.i wonder why they market their movies so hard these days...some quality in their films would surely save some money they blindly spend after marketing.
I think they have missed the plot. If we look back in to the history of Indian Cinema, mushy movies did not fare well for longer period. If a movie misses a message, it will not appeal to the masses.A movies got to be very unusual to be a het without message like Bheja Fry. Yash Raj must think about how his brother BR Chopra made movies. Every BR film has a message and every film did well considering their lower cost. YR films put too much of gloss to cover the unconnected dots but they could bring in people once or twice but not every time. MOvies like Veer-Zaara, TRRP,ZBZ are hollow, body-without-soul. He managed to bring in people inVeer zaara but then failed in the rest. Marketing is their strong point no doubt. They have enough money to make things look glossy. But where is the story, if not story why and what do you want to show, becomes very important. I guess YR films wil have few lessons to learn. THanks

dude dont compare Veer- Zara with TRRP and JBJ...Veer- Zara was all so much about soul...its got to do with the directors...boss u cant compare Shaad Ali n Siddharth Anand to the legendary Yash Chopra...

I agree with you about Veer Zara. That movie was a complete crap and a mindless one. I think Dil to pagal hai was the last good movie from Yashraj production. It all started with Mohabattein and it still continues..... ....... you name it they all are crap. It is so hard to believe that once the same production made excellent movies like silsila, chandani and many more.
Frankly speaking Yash raj did not offer something fresh since DDLJ, which set a trend of portraying youth, indian marriages and romance. Dil to Pagal Hai, Mohobbatein and Veer Zara were not so charming movies and freshness in the presentation was on the decline. Yashraj were fortunate enough as these movies got commercial success. Finally movies were going to fail.

One more thing I forgot to write was Yashraj targets NRI audiences. That is why they make their movies extravagant. But rather than so much of money lot of brain should be put in the movies
At one time, YRF was a symbol of great movies. Then came the promise by YRF that they will make 4 movies each year. And they did keep their promise. However, it is not the number of movies that counts, it is the quality. The message from Tara Rum Pum and JBJ is very clear : let us not speed up the process, a few movies well made should be the objective. Perhaps Aditya Chopra is reading these suggestions !
Yash Raj should pay attention to social message plus entertainment of large audience like shankar did in his each movie. Aditya Chopra is only paying attention on profit booking by taking different pairs of actors and actress and takes away public money.
Its not at all surprising that recent made Yash Raj movies are becoming flops. In fact, what actually is surprising is how did previous Yashraj movies eventually turn out to be hits ! Most Yash Raj movies are same old wine in a new bottle; even the dialogues and costumes are the same. You can't fool all people all the time.
