Kamal & Rajini appear in advts. only for social cause and it is free. Kamal tld in an interview he asked Rajini not to act in Hindi films as ONE IN A CROWD like all Bollywood stars r dng and hv self-respect dont accept roles that dont hv any significance. SRK is the best and real Super star compared to AB by all means (DDLJ broke the record of Sholay). Let AB hv a peaceful life behind the bars of course for all his wrongs. At this age Rajini is creating history by acting like 25 yo man and making the film a box ofice success & creating all sorts of records. Dont judge people by what u know, try to know the real facts. If someone dont know it does not mean that he is not a super star. All over the world, entertining films are box office successes. My dear Indians from north hv gutz to face the truth. Dont hide ur head in sand like an ostrich. To conclude though AB is a criminal he is not a bad actor. Moreover dont compare Rajini who still plays hero & star of box office with an actor who plays mostly (playboy) father, criminal roles.

i must tell u one thing mr. srinivasan dat in south india people treat film stars like their family members or leaders but this is not the case with we nosth indians. we prefer to admire their art. n as far as big b is concerned then we should look at his acting n not his personal life(yet another indian mentality). i think its time for all of us to think about other things goin on in this country.....n leave this stupid debate here only. both rajni n big b r great stars n this debate wont affect theis status in any way.....................

Ajit, dont generalise south india. Be explicit and mention tamil nadu and tamils. South India is not tamil nadu alone. All south indians are not sambars. It is common in north india to associate south indians with tamilians and the two are synonymous. keralites, kannadigas and andhras are also there. These tamils dominate the identity of south indians.

Dear sambar, yes we also eat(or rather drink not drinik) sambar but the tag "sambar" goes only to you tamilians. since you could not associate anything to us, you just reversed the word telugu and say gulti. no imagination here huh!!!
First of all everyone should know why a star is called super star. It is based on MONEY, BOX OFFICE COLLECTIONS & DEMAND not on how many people know him or the area or his acting skills or his age. AB WAS a super star in 80s & middle of 90s till his flops, he became bankrupt then he started acting in advts. KBC (even SRK replaced him), etc. Rajini dont hv that much flops even returned 40 Cr. to distributors for the flop of BABA. Even though I am a fan of Kamal Hasan I admire Rajini for the fact that he is the super star both in real & reel. AB is a criminal just we got to put him behind bars, he is doing all kind of illegal things for the sack of money. Once Kamal told in an interview that all Bollywood money is coming from underworld. Many film personalities are facing charges in one or the other case. All bollywoord stars are linked to the underworld in one or the other way. No star from south had done this. If u cant do any good to the society just keep quiet. Rajini in personal life is humble and down to earth. Real life he is a super human being that is what all those who knew him tell. If at all u accept that Rajini is a Super star in south only but how come a star get more (actually with all the commissions he is getting nearly 40 Cr.) than a star (AB - the criminal errr...)who is known ALL OVER INDIA. "Chandramuki" is a original malayalam then went to Kannada then Tamil. Only Chandramuki collections topped the chart beating hindi in overseas collections.
