Its a celebrity overdose
by Nischal Maniar on Feb 14, 2007 12:48 AM

I feel celebrities lose their glamor once they start overdoing stuff....for example...watching....amitabh bacchan on TV everyday..now SRK.....even..abhishek-ash news have become unbearable.
I consider Aamir khan and Hrithik roshan as glamorous...they keep you guessing about their next movies...they make you wait to see them. Thats how celebrities become glamourous..and get peoples liking......not by showing their stupid face everyday.

my views on drinking koffee
by suraj kohli on Feb 13, 2007 05:15 PM

rani looked so much in awe of shahrukh and kajol. she could hardly speak. she was too boring.whenever srk, kajol or karan used to pull her leg for giving such cliched answers she used laugh in a fake manner to hide her embarrassment. even that laugh could only be visually recognized coz no voice could be heard. where did u lose your grainy voice babe? silent laugh, i guess. maybe black hangover. on the other end of the spectrum was kajol who was overdoing her "bindas Babe" act. she giggled in a weird manner and was continuosly doing her "gimme-five" act with srk.she desperately needs to tone down.when asked by karan how would she react if she turned in rakhi sawant one fine morning she said she would go for a sex change. now, what does that mean? even karan seemed confused.srk was much better than the ladies but he could have kept his gay jokes involving himself and karan limited.why does he want to make a buffoon of himself?it's not necessary to over-react to every rumour. but i think he deserved the gift hamper which he won.

It was badly produced, there was nothing new. Both Kajol and especially Rani was looking like burnt out figure.Mr Johar has to come out with new ideas to make it lively and watchable.

Rani and Kajol not look like but they are burnt out when one looks upon them for their ages. The show is only for filmi people - affluent people, which is beyond the common man's reach

too much of anything...
by on Feb 13, 2007 11:12 AM  | Hide replies

i used to be a big fan of SRK from his fauji days. i really appreciate wht he has done and achieved over the years. lot of energy and instant sense of humour.i have liked some movies like bazigar, darr when he was a powerhouse with fast dialogue delivery. sure he has become a much bigger star now. i am also aware that he hams a lot,the mannerisms and eyebrows, lip biting most of them are repetitive. even then i like the guy because of his energy, his wit. but wht i don't like is the overdose. i mean he is KBC and most of the ads. he is loosing his exclusiveness. if u are a superstar atleast supposedly, u should have some kind of exclusivity. i think even amitabh bachchan has lost his exclusivity. there was a time during the late 80s and early 90s when i used to long for a brief appearance of him on the tv or the news papers. now he is everwhere so there is no more excitement. i think most of u will agree with this. SRK is also doing the same mistake. he is dancing at weddings... i mean thats quite cheap. and now again showing up in karan's coffee...i mean its quite boring. the same guys, same ladies, where is the excitement? too much exposure is spoiling things here. too much of anything is not good. i still like him but he has to be much more exclusive to maintain his superstar status...thanx
